I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant. The room space and amenities were decent, but the overall condition felt a bit outdated. While the spa treatments were enjoyable, the relaxation suite left much to be desired. The dining was a highlight with delicious food but some aspects of the facilities need serious attention.
